To use the Outlook program, follow these steps
1 - Open Outlook
2 - Choose account settings
3 - Click New
4 - Check Microsoft Exchange, POP3, IMAP, or HTTP
5 - Check Manually configure server settings or additional server types
6 - Check Internet email
7 - Account information
A - Your name
B - Email address
C: Server Information POP3 & SMTP ( mail. yourdomain)
D: Password & Retype password
Your email has been added successfully
Now, complete the steps
1- Open your Outlook; go to (tools/ Account settings )
2- Choose (your email) and click on Change
3- Click on More settings ...
5- choose (Outgoing Server)
6- a checkmark on my (My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication)
7- Choose Advanced
8- change Outgoing server (SMTP): to 465 with SSL
Many ISPs now close port ( 25 ) for their customers,
Please try to change this port in your Outlook settings to (465) for your Outgoing mail settings
Choose the following type of encrypted connection ( SSL )
Incoming Server: mail.domain name, IMAP Port: 993, POP3 Port: 995
Outgoing Server: mail.domain name, SMTP Port: 465
